Hanoi Media Hotel & Spa

The location was fantastic,, like a three minute walk to the lake, and lots of places around for shopping, coffee, and food! The staff were super welcoming and helpful with good recommendations, and were all so nice! Our room was the loveliest, very spacious and clean and comfortable! We liked it so much that we decided to return to Hanoi again and spend our last night here in Vietnam!

Location was amazing! Right in the heart of Old Quarter Hanoi. Staff were extremely helpful from the moment I booked. All of the staff took the time to learn our names. We checked out on a Saturday night, the streets are closed to motor vehicles on the weekends, the staff arranged our transfer and took our bags to the meeting point! I'm a single mum and my daughter has a broken arm, so this was extremely helpful. I plan to return in February with my son as I know we will be well looked after!

The hotel staff are amazingly helpful. This is a developing hotel in the middle of the city. We liked it was a walking distance to the lake and puppet theatre. We had booked tockets for the theatre online. Hotel staff assisted us to swap them as our plans unexpectedly changed. Staff were like family. Highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was fresh and wondeful.

Fantastic hotel and staff. Jason and the staff at this hotel are the best. Everything is thought of and they are so kind and helpful. It's so easy to book your Trips with Jason and the prices are cheaper than on the streets. I felt looked after for the 4 nights that I was there. The rooftop bar area is brilliant for chilling out after a long day. It's got lovely views of the lake amd again the prices for cocktails and drinks are more than reasonable. The location of the hotel is just perfect and just let the staff recommend some places to eat and you will not be disappointed. I will definitely be staying at the Media hotel again when travelling to Hanoi. Nige Wales UK

Very professional operation, with great clean rooms and a really good breakfast included. But in an industry where most hotels offer this, Hanoi Media Hotel and Spa sets itself apart from the rest with truly wonderful staff, who really pride themselves on amazing service. You can see the enjoyment they get from being of service and the satisfaction they get from your appreciation. We received great advice about tours and exploring the city. It made our time in Hanoi and the wider region so much better. Top this with a great location in the old Quarter and excellent views out over the lake and city. I'm happy to recommend Hanoi Media Hotel and Spa (there's a couple with similar names) to other travellers. If we come back to Hanoi we'd stay here again.
