Very professional operation, with great clean rooms and a really good breakfast included. But in an industry where most hotels offer this, Hanoi Media Hotel and Spa sets itself apart from the rest with truly wonderful staff, who really pride themselves on amazing service. You can see the enjoyment they get from being of service and the satisfaction they get from your appreciation. We received great advice about tours and exploring the city. It made our time in Hanoi and the wider region so much better. Top this with a great location in the old Quarter and excellent views out over the lake and city. I'm happy to recommend Hanoi Media Hotel and Spa (there's a couple with similar names) to other travellers. If we come back to Hanoi we'd stay here again.

First of all - Jenny from Reception has been exceptional. Everyone in Vietnam is really nice, but Jenny has exceeded the expectations and went above and beyond to ensure we have a great experience in Hanoi and surroundings. She helped us organise all our itineraries, found us great deals + helped us at late hours when we had some issues with one of the day trips outside of Hanoi. She was always there for us, very reliable and pleasant to deal with. Many thanks to her! The hotel is in a great location, walking distance from every main attraction (including the lake and temple Chua Tran) The room was not extremely spacious but perfect for what we needed for few nights. Hanoi is a place to visit and explore.

Fantastic hotel and staff. Jason and the staff at this hotel are the best. Everything is thought of and they are so kind and helpful. It's so easy to book your Trips with Jason and the prices are cheaper than on the streets. I felt looked after for the 4 nights that I was there. The rooftop bar area is brilliant for chilling out after a long day. It's got lovely views of the lake amd again the prices for cocktails and drinks are more than reasonable. The location of the hotel is just perfect and just let the staff recommend some places to eat and you will not be disappointed. Our stay at the Hanoi Media Hotel and Spa was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and clean, super comfy beds and good shower. Breakfast is small but quite good and you can always order some hot food. Lux skybar was great and Harry was so fun and friendly, making our last night so much fun telling stories and making us delicious drinks. All staff were so friendly and helpful. My sister and I had a massage and I had a pedicure and while slightly higher price than other spas it was nice to just walk downstairs. Highly recommend.

The most attentive friendly staff I have seen in a hotel, always keen to help us with our travel plans. The bellboy even walked us 10 minutes (in crazy Hanoi traffic to settle us in) to one of their recommended restaurants! Loved the list of tips and local recommendations they give you on check in. Their sky bar is beautiful, great drinks with an awesome view, breakfast was a brilliant buffet. The room was very classy and immaculate. I was sad to only stay 1 night, would love to have stayed longer!
